We are excited to announce our  book deal with Pelican Publishing for a  coffee table book to be released in  the  Fall of 2012.  The book will  be based on the Louisiana live shows with  50 of the Louisiana food stories and include local personalities, chefs, restaurant owner and other foodies, including Jeff Kleinpeter (Kleinpeter Dairy), Drew Ramsey (Hubig s Pies),  Creole Food Legend - Miss Leah Chase,  singer/trumpeter, Jeremy Davenport, Times Picayune, Society Columnist - Nell Nolan, State Representative Henry Burns, Actress Savannah Wise and more. The stories will reflect our lives around food and how it nourishes our hearts and soul!    Troy Kleinpeter will be the photographer and Peggy Sweeney-McDonald is producing the book.  We invited Pelican to see the show in the Fall of 2011 and always felt they were the perfect partner for this book as they are the experts in beautiful southern style coffee table books.  Literary Agent, Anna Olswanger of the Kim Dawson Agency in New York was the agent.
