"Meanwhile, Back at Café Du Monde..." creates an enticing atmosphere of culinary tales and food mischief. The show causes the audience to open both their stomachs and their hearts with gut-wrenching laughter and occasionally some free-flowing tears. Each show is guaranteed to be unique and satisfying... just like a great meal! Filming the pilot for "Meanwhile, Back at Café Du Monde..." brought me on a journey along with the viewers. Peggy and Vinni are sure to light up the screen with their passion and enthusiasm, and I'm excited that I got the opportunity to cook my award winning Blackberry Bourbon Bone-in Boston Butt for them and the show.
