Crust:
1 cup flour
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
Mix together, press down in 9×13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Filling:
1 1/2 cups cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese mix together. spread over cool crust. Topping
1 large instant chocolate pudding
1 small instant chocolate pudding
4 cups cold milk
Mix, spread over filling.
Top with remaining cool whip and chill for 2 hours.
